This role will help to develop technical documents, such as standard operating procedures, process flows, manuals, guides, test cases, and related materials to clearly convey complex information in plain language. The position will lead subject matter experts and business analysts on specific tasks as part of a modernization project. Responsibilities include ensuring all documentation aligns with departmental standards and accurately reflects both current and future processes. The role requires strong leadership, communication, documentation skills, and proficiency with relevant tools. REQUIREMENTS Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Advanced expertise in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, including content management and uploads Skilled in reading, writing, and proofreading with attention to detail Exceptional organizational abilities with strong multitasking capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative, collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach Willingness to comply with IRS Publication 1075 requirements State-conducted background check is required DELIVERABLES Standard operating procedures for the project Process maps of current and future (AS-IS/TO-BE) processes Business requirements Requirements matrices Use cases and use case mapping Testing outlines and test cases SharePoint content management Training materials for transition from AS-IS processes to the TO-BE processes Support the training of department specific AI models Review and document security configurations across department technologies Help to define and quantify baseline and reporting metrics for department initiatives RESPONSIBILITIES Business process diagrams and flow charts Evaluating the documentation created for a modernization project and other department projects, and rebranding relevant documentation for the project using a team branding template. xrczosw Understanding the functional and technical requirements for the project Understanding the AS-IS business platform and the processes that support the systems within the department Understanding the TO-BE business platform and assisting with development of the new processes Documenting the transition from the AS-IS processes to the TO-BE processes in “plain-language” Supporting preparations for modernization and each phase of implementation Organizing and attending various department meetings Review and preparation of content for internal publication and distribution Prepare the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) with other BPA staff Write test cases that map back to the RTM Conduct discovery meetings with departmental staff Assist team members to document processes and procedures Help manage the standard operating procedures for processes Content management and posting for the team’s SharePoint site Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
