Junior Corporate Law Contract Attorney

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a 3+ years experienced Litigation Attorney to join a reputable firm in South Dakota. This role requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional writing skills, and the capacity to manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment. Represent clients in complex corporate litigation, including shareholder derivative actions, breach of fiduciary duty claims, M&A litigation, and other corporate governance disputes.
Manage all stages of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality briefs, motions, memoranda, and other litigation filings.
Collaborate with transactional and corporate attorneys to analyze corporate structures, agreements, and regulatory issues relevant to disputes.
Advise clients-including corporations, boards, officers, and shareholders-on litigation risks, strategies, and potential resolutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in corporate law and relevant judicial decisions.
