The role of a Clinical Nurse is to provide patient-centered care, ensuring that each individual receives high-quality medical attention in a supportive and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the needs of patients, identifying their medical requirements and developing personalized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following skills:
A valid nursing license or registration within the state of employment.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent qualification. A Master's degree may be preferred for senior roles.
