As a Loan Servicing Analyst within JPMorgan Chase, you will manage an assigned portfolio of loans, ensuring the smooth operation of the loan lifecycle by interpreting loan documents, interacting with stakeholders, and overseeing deadlines. You will also begin to develop strategic planning skills in a supportive environment. Job Responsibilities Interpret and analyze loan documents, ensuring accurate understanding and application of terms and conditions. Manage assigned loan portfolio, monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of loan servicing tasks. Contribute to team projects, assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to improve loan servicing efficiency and effectiveness. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in loan servicing operations, with a focus on interpreting and applying loan documents. Proficiency in time management and organization, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service operations, demonstrating strong interpersonal relationship skills and a commitment to enhancing client satisfaction and service delivery. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability, maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude during periods of change and adjusting to shifting conditions and priorities. Show a willingness to learn and receive direction, asking well-thought-out questions to enhance understanding and performance. Operate as a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, utilizing strong organizational skills to function efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining service level agreements.
