Key responsibilities
for the Vice President of Software Engineering include owning the engineering execution and delivery, leading a global engineering organization, and partnering with cross-functional executives to align engineering roadmaps with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex, capital-funded technology portfolios, as well as experience in adopting and scaling AI/ML models. A deep understanding of health plan payer operations, payment integrity, and related systems is preferred. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline is required, and the candidate should be adept at coaching and mentoring senior engineering leaders. Confidential
