About Us: TD&H Engineering, a 100% employee-owned, mid-sized, multi-discipline engineering firm, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. TD&H Engineering is seeking a full-time Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Twin Falls, Idaho. This role involves overseeing project planning, design, and execution while collaborating with clients, and internal teams. The candidate will work under the guidance of experienced department managers, all holding professional engineering licenses. TD&H will provide training in project management if necessary.

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies while identifying new business opportunities.
Lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide technical guidance, review designs and reports, and implement quality control measures to uphold project integrity.
Oversee construction progress, conduct site visits, resolve field issues, and coordinate with contractors and clients.
Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and scope of work documents for new and ongoing projects.
Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and clients on multiple projects ensuring timely completion.

Engineer-in-Training (E.licensure is required, Professional Engineering (P.5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering.
~ Degree in Civil Engineering.
~ Experience in the one or more of the following project types:
~ Water Distribution, Sewer Collection
~ Storm Water Systems
~ Roads / Highways
~ Water or Wastewater Treatment Systems
~ Subdivision Land Development
~ Commercial Site Design
~ Federal Government facilities
~ Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience with technical software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoDesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis (SSA), WaterCAD, etc.
~ Ability to multitask and manage project workload, deadlines, and clients effectively in a fast-paced environment.
~ Physically able & willingness to visit construction sites or client locations on occasion.
