Head of Private Markets and Alternatives
This senior leader will be responsible for managing a range of strategy and execution activities for the business, including planning, execution and delivery of application and technology solutions in Hedge Fund Services and Private Markets. The role requires a strategic thinker with proven success in ensuring the implementation of risk, regulatory and compliance initiatives.
Drive strategic and operating planning processes in partnership with other leaders.
Identify and develop relationships with clients and other third parties, engaging Csuites of target clients.
Define the development roadmap for the Alternative Investment Services and Private Markets program.
Oversee endtoend application development lifecycle including testing, deployment and L4 support.
Implement application modernization strategy to transform legacy applications to modern scalable cloudbased solutions.
Build strong relationships with Product and Operations to understand business requirements and deliver technology solutions.
Deep expertise and proven track record in leading and delivering enterprisescale application development, tools and technologies.
Experience in Financial Services industry in the area of Alternative Investment Services and Private Markets.
Experience leading large multifunctional application transformation workstreams, delivering measurable outcomes and business value including risk reduction, resiliency, simplification, and reduced total cost of ownership.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
~20+ years of experience in application development with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
~ Ability to manage a large global team.
