Our client, George Industries LLC, a division of The Thermal Group, is seeking qualified individuals for a Program Manager- Level II position.
Program Manager II manages mid-sized aerospace programs, coordinating Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and ensuring program success.
This position involves overseeing financial metrics, identifying risks, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Manage multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with customer and company objectives.
 Develop program plans, including risk assessments and contingency strategies.
 Lead IPTs by assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress.
 Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and address concerns.
 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of program management experience required.
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial metrics, including WIP and earned value; experience with MS Office Suite.
 Physical Requirements:  Ability to move between office spaces and production facilities as needed.
 Occasional travel to customer sites, requiring extended periods of sitting during transportation. Visual acuity for reading technical documents and monitoring program performance.
