We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing practice and handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters.
Represent clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including general liability, construction defect, auto/trucking, and premises liability matters.
* Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
* Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective case management.
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
* Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.
