As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, providing makeup application services, and ensuring that clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. *Responsibilities** Perform haircuts, color treatments, and styling services tailored to individual client needs. * Apply makeup and provide beauty consultations to enhance clients' overall appearance. * Utilize techniques such as hair threading and straight razor cutting to achieve desired results. * Offer eyelash extension services, ensuring safety and satisfaction for clients. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment. * Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively. * Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided. * Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills. *Experience** Valid cosmetology license is required. * Previous experience in a salon setting is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with salon software systems such as MINDBODY is a plus. * Skills in makeup application, nail care, hair threading, straight razor techniques, and eyelash extensions are highly desirable. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Knowledge of retail math is beneficial for managing product sales. xrczosw Join our team of creative professionals where your skills will shine, and you can make a difference in our clients' lives Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Apprenticeship, Temporary, Internship Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Tips Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Saint Cloud, FL 34772 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Saint Cloud, FL 34772: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
