Days: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM (rotating weekends)
Nights: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (rotating weekends)
About the Role We are seeking a licensed Medical Laboratory Technician to join our accredited healthcare system. In this role, you ll support essential lab functions that directly impact patient care by ensuring accurate results, reliable processes, and a safe environment.
What You ll Do
Perform diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology
Accurately report test results and alert providers/nursing staff of abnormal findings
Ensure quality control in specimen collection, sampling, and record keeping
Calibrate, maintain, and test laboratory equipment for accuracy and sterility
Qualifications
Florida Medical Laboratory Technician license (in hand or pending approval)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate s Degree or higher preferred
MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT certification required
Previous laboratory experience preferred (new grads with strong clinicals or lab assistant experience encouraged to apply)
