*Job Summary*
The Humane Society of Ocean City is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our veterinary practice. The ideal candidate is an experienced veterinarian with a passion for animal health and well-being. For fourteen years, we have had a full-service veterinary clinic that serves the public, and our shelter animals. We are well equipped, with full in house IDEXX diagnostics, as well as an outside reference lab. We have ultrasound and digital X-ray technology, therapeutic laser, Tonopen, doppler BP, and dental prophylaxis equipment. We provide spay/neuter and soft tissue surgery services.

The Humane Society is a non-profit, NON-CORPORATE institution that seeks to provide quality veterinary care at affordable costs. Mentoring from an experienced veterinarian, and a fantastic support staff make this a comfortable environment for a new graduate to work and learn.

*Requirements*

* Veterinary degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice veterinary medicine.
* Ability to assess the health of pets and make standard-of-care recommendations for treatment and preventative care.
* Desire to give our Shelter animals and client-owned patients the best medical and surgical care possible.
* Ability to work as a team with clinic and shelter staff.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
