We partner with our Nurses at StoneSprings Hospital CenterTo oversee and manage the daily operations of assembling, analyzing and aggregating data resulting from various Performance Improvement projects, core measures (JCAHO and CMS), VHQC initiatives, IHI, Q-HIP, hospital service issues and other monitoring activities. To provide input into physician profiles for purposes of credentialing and reappointment. To assure all operational requirements, including internal and external, are achieved.Bachelors DegreeGraduate of an NLN Accredited Nursing Program or Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field preferred.Experience: Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9 and CPT coding and DRGs. Experience with statistical analysis and data display techniques. Knowledge and experience with multiple software programs. Good organizational skills to maintain several databases and the many reports required by the Quality Resources Department. Knowledge and experience of Meditech clinical documentation system. Ability to develop data presentations for medical and hospital staffs.
