Our client, a rapidly growing entertainment and technology powerhouse, is seeking a Call Center Associate to join their vibrant, high-energy team in downtown Chicago. This role offers the perfect blend of innovation, collaboration, and excitement-where no two days are the same

Call Center Associate Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, assisting with account inquiries, payments and troubleshooting
  • Provide exceptional service by resolving issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional approach
  • Accurately document interactions and update CRM systems in real time
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics in a fast-paced, goal-driven call center environment

Call Center Associate Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume support environment
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multitask-type 35+ words per minute while engaging with customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software (preferred but not required)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive to grow in the entertainment and tech space
