Nurse Practitioner Specialty: Hematology
Shifts: Days (Unknown Hours per Shift x Unknown Shifts Per Week)
City Mobile Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Hematology to support our client in Ashtabula, OH on a Direct Hire basis. Specific schedule, responsibilities, and compensation for this assignment will be discussed with you individually and confirmed in writing before any engagement.
Provide patient care within the scope of their licensure and training
Follow facility policies, procedures, and documentation standards
Collaborate with on-site physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and support staff
Adhere to applicable state and federal regulations, as well as City Mobile Group policies
Specific duties, workload, and performance expectations are determined by the facility and will be discussed during screening and onboarding, and/or set forth in your assignment documents.
Appropriate board certification or board eligibility for a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Hematology as required by the facility
Current DEA and any required state registrations, where applicable
Current life-support certifications as required by the facility (e.g., The final, binding list of required qualifications will be confirmed during the screening and credentialing process and in assignment-specific documentation.
Any engagement is contingent on client approval, successful credentialing, and execution of a written agreement.
