Overview CFO & CCO Private Equity Firm | Chicago, IL or Savannah, GA Were seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer to join a leading healthcare-focused private equity firm. This dual-role reports to the Partners and oversees fund and management company finance, investor reporting, audits, valuations, and compliance . Key Responsibilities Lead fund accounting, audits, capital calls, distributions, and LP reporting Oversee compliance program, SEC reporting, and regulatory matters Drive budgeting, forecasting, treasury, payroll, and management company operations Optimize processes and support strategic initiatives and fundraising Qualifications 8+ years in financial operations (private equity or alternatives platform experience preferred) Strong technical leader with hands-on approach and strategic mindset Deep knowledge of US GAAP, fund valuation, K-1s, and SEC compliance BA/BS required; CPA preferred This is a high-impact role shaping the financial backbone of a fast-growing private equity firm.
