Due to growth, we're seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor with expertise in ISO 9001, certifications, and manufacturing standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead a quality-focused team and drive continuous improvement to ensure products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidays Life Insurance coverage Supervise and lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsible for the audit of manufacturing processes, materials, and products to identify areas of improvement. Implement and monitor quality control processes and systems, ensuring consistent product quality. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Manage and maintain UL certifications, ensuring all products meet these standards. Oversee the production of PCBs, electronic assemblies, and sheet metal, ensuring high-quality output. Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure quality control processes are understood and followed. Use ERP systems to track and manage product quality data, generating reports as needed. Prepare for and participate in external quality audits and inspections. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control Experience with quality inspections for PCBs and electronic assemblies Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
