We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate substitute paraeducator to support students with special needs in a dynamic educational setting.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will provide instructional reinforcement, assist with classroom management, and offer administrative support to ensure a smooth learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to students with special needs
Assist the teacher with lesson planning and implementation
Supervise students during various activities, including cafeteria duty and field trips
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
Competitive hourly rate: $13.50/hr
