Key Responsibilities As a Senior Plumbing Design Engineer , you will be taking ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects. Your duties will include, but may not be limited to: Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design Preparation of plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills Providing management and oversight of plumbing design support staff Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients Supporting overall project management to our MEP team leaders What You'll Bring Required Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience equivalent to a degree 10+ years experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting Team leadership/management experience Project management experience in the MEP space Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards Complete understanding of building codes Thorough design system knowledge Commuting distance to Chicago, IL Preferred A Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience) CPD Certification LEED Accreditation Working Autodesk REVIT knowledge What Youll Love Competitive Pay : $115,000 to $175,000 annual salary and conditional bonus Employee Ownership : Build equity through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Robust Benefits : 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, transportation benefitsand more Generous Time Off : PTO, paid holidays, and company closure to clients from Christmas to New Year's Purpose-Driven Culture : Paid volunteer time and a commitment to social equity Career Development : Work alongside industry leaders and access continuous learning opportunities Ready to Grow with Us?
