Are you a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with trauma surgery and critical care experience? A fantastic locum tenens opportunity is available in Ohio near Lucas, offering a chance to work in a high-acuity trauma environment.
This position requires expertise in trauma and critical care for adult patients within a Level II Trauma Center.
Start Date: January 1, 2025 End Date: Ongoing Shift Type: Varied shifts Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based trauma service Patient Demographics: Adults aged 16 and older; EMR: Epic Responsibilities: Provide care as part of a dedicated trauma team with 24/7 attending surgeon support.
Handle trauma alerts, admissions, and critical care management.
Collaborate with surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care.
Experience in trauma surgery and critical care (no new graduates).
Must have hands-on experience managing trauma service cases beyond emergency department exposure.
Additional Perks: Travel expenses covered.
Local or drive-in candidates are given priority.
