Escrow Support Processor Opportunity

The Escrow Support Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:
- Provide centralized clerical processing of documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows.
- Process a high volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently in a production-focused environment.
- Support branch operations by relieving offices of high-volume paperwork responsibilities.
- Ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and organization while managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
- Perform behind-the-scenes processing functions without direct communication with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders.
- Meet productivity expectations within a fast-paced, high-volume workflow environment.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years escrow processing experience nice to have.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to follow established escrow procedures.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
- Self-motivated with sound decision-making skills and flexibility.
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
