Senior Client Service Advisor

Location:

Walnut Creek, CA (In-office, non-remote position)

Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 base salary + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Financial Advisors to onboard new clients and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on client and prospect calls and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information in the CRM system and related tools.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, providing support under the guidance of a financial advisor.
  • Complete various client service tasks, such as financial planning data gathering, account maintenance, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Serve as a "2nd Chair" advisor to select client relationships, with the ability to act as a primary financial advisor for a limited set of clients.
  • Independently conduct client review meetings, recommend investment strategy changes, and present financial plans in collaboration with the Investment Committee.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial planning tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred.
