Senior Project Management Associate

Payrate: $48.50 - $52.58/hr. Summary: Responsible for all aspects of various projects of a moderately complex nature. Interfaces with all areas affected or supporting the project. Responsible for assembling project time, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing the schedule to ensure timely completion of the project. Monitors projects from initiation through delivery including budget/spending if needed. Responsibilities: Provides clear direction on project requirements to meet expectations of customers and stakeholders. Leads the team in defining program strategies, developing goals, identifying risks, assigning project tasks and ensures the team meets all goals. Interacts through program updates and reviews with all levels of management. Provides Project Management technical expertise in all phases of project execution. Applies Agile principles in all project management activities. Anticipates and resolves conflict situations in a win-win outcome. Contributes to study management and the development of study documents as appropriate as well as any updates/amendments, ensuring template and version compliance. Manages the set-up of third-party vendors, assessing initial statement of work and budget, as well as the change order process. Prepares presentation material for meetings and newsletters. Contributes to review of new/amended/unique SOPs and guidance documents. Top Must Have Skill Sets: Technical major Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics 5 years PM experience Smartsheet expertise - advanced skills High ability to learn new applications, technology and grasp new concepts Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.50 - $52.58/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
