Job Overview: We are seeking a VP/Head of GTM (Demand Generation) with a strong startup background to drive pipeline growth and scale revenue. Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
# Optimize outbound, inbound, and conversion strategies using data-driven insights and continuous experimentation.
# Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for enterprise sales, navigating long sales cycles and expansion within large accounts.
# Scale AI/SaaS startup growth through creative and cost-effective demand generation tactics.
# Build and manage high-performance GTM teams, fostering a culture of execution and experimentation.
# Leverage industry networks, including VC-backed communities (Sequoia, a16z, First Round, OpenView, etc.), Strong execution mindset—hands-on in driving pipeline growth without relying on large budgets.
# Expertise in data-driven decision-making, focusing on continuous optimization of GTM efforts.
