The Financial Benefits Consultant will be responsible for financial wellness conversations, account opening and servicing, and providing support to the Executive Planner(s) and Benefits Planner(s) engaged in our Executive Services.
This role requires an understanding of financial services and investment management strategies. The Financial Benefits Consultant will work closely with the team and directly with executives to implement solutions, service accounts, and answer questions to help them achieve their long-term financial objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly compensated participants, providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication. Support the team by assisting with comprehensive financial plan creation and being knowledgeable about executive benefits and plans for participant inquiries
Implement and review investment strategies that align with risk tolerance and financial objectives. Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting investments.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with company policies
Support your team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
Registrations/Licensing: FINRA fingerprinting required
Knowledge of financial wellness and investment management strategies
Life insurance licensing preferred
Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC©) preferred

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
