5+ years of experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns.
~ CPA or EA license required.
~ Strong working knowledge of federal and multi-state tax law.
~ Proficiency in professional tax software (ProSeries preferred) and Excel.
~ Thrives in a collaborative environment yet motivated by performance-based rewards.


100,000-$180,000+ total potential (Base + performance bonuses + client-origination incentives).

~ Growth track to Tax Strategy Leader or Partner for exceptional performers.

Lead tax preparation and planning for complex individual, partnership, and corporate clients .
Develop and implement custom tax-saving strategies - entity structuring, compensation planning, and year-end projections.
Serve as a trusted advisor : explain tax concepts clearly, anticipate client needs, and deliver practical solutions.
Stay ahead of evolving tax law and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Passed the uniform CPA examination from the AICPA and possess a CPA certification in compliance with the state board of accountancy regulations
~ Must be well-versed in general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
~ Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required, preference to candidates with an MBA
~2+ years of work experience in accounting services, financial services, or similar field
