Role Description We are seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at our Laguna Beach, CA location in an on-site, full-time capacity. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized customer service, assisting clients in selecting high-quality jewelry, and maintaining an inviting showroom environment. Day-to-day activities include building lasting relationships with customers, demonstrating product knowledge, meeting sales goals, and ensuring a luxury shopping experience for every guest. Additional tasks include inventory management and ensuring the visual appeal of displays. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, particularly in luxury retail or fine jewelry, is required. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build strong client relationships. Strong product knowledge of fine jewelry and gemstones, with a passion for high-end craftsmanship. Ability to meet sales targets and effectively cross-sell or upsell products. Keen attention to detail and skills in organizing and maintaining a visually appealing retail space. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
