We are seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join our Dallas office. Attending hearing, taking and defending depositions, while analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies.
Drafting written discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories, documents requests and request for admissions.
Proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.
Timely and accurate reporting to our clients, ensuring compliance with their case management requirements.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.

Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $175,000 + bonus represents the firms good faith range for this role at the time of posting. We offer a lucrative and generous bonus structure.
