American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a Home Health outpatient position requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and an active state license.
Position is based in a home health outpatient setting
Assignments are 13 weeks long with a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Patients are seen in their homes in the local community
Outpatient physical therapy services will be provided
Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary care team
Requires travel to patients' homes; Applicants must have proof of COVID and flu vaccination, if required
Active Physical Therapy state license (VA or Compact)
Minimum of one year of recent physical therapy experience in a home health or outpatient setting
