Event Producer
Fifth Street DMC is a cutting-edge creative DMC company – a proud disrupter in an often rinse and repeat space. YOU: The Event Producer will be responsible for producing extraordinary events while supporting both internal and client-facing projects. You will serve as a leader in the execution of high-impact events while being the creative force driving these experiences from start to finish.

Event Production & Project Management:
Produce high-impact events from concept to execution.
Financial Management:
Create and manage event budgets with accuracy.
Vendor, Venue & Local Partner Relations:
Build strong relationships with local top suppliers and partners.
Negotiate favorable rates and enforce contract compliance.
Ensure partners meet Fifth Street’s quality and service standards.
Destination Expertise & Community Engagement:
Maintain deep knowledge of local venues, culture, logistics, and experiences.
Incorporate local partners and community impact into events.
Project & Production Management: Client Partnership & Communication: Anticipates client needs, provides thoughtful recommendations, and acts as a true partner throughout the creative and production process.
Thinks ahead, proposes solutions, and navigates constraints (budget, timeline, creative changes) with flexibility and sound judgment.
Executes with accuracy and consistency—from documentation to vendor management to on-site delivery. Creative & Experiential Insight: Understands experience design, audience flow, and how creative ideas translate into executable production elements. Able to interpret creative direction and collaborate with design teams to make it real.
Financial Stewardship & Ownership: Owns the outcome by managing budgets effectively and making smart decisions that balance creativity and fiscal responsibility.
