#In a CAP-accredited laboratory, perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing while ensuring accuracy and timely results through adherence to QC and QA methodologies. Assist with specimen receiving, respond to pneumatic tube requests, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. Exhibit flexibility by working in all lab sections as needed.
Preferred experience in all lab sections.
Experience with LIS (Laboratory Information System) is required.
MLS (MT) or MLT certification through ASCP or eligibility.
MLS (MT) or MLT certification preferred (ASCP).
Shift: Day (7 AM - 3 PM), with evening shift coverage as needed (3 PM - 11 PM).
Alternating weekends and rotating holidays.
