Lot Management's portfolio now exceeds 100 million square feet. Day porters are essential in every property, and we have immediate openings for Day Porters. Day Porter Qualifications: Janitorial experience preferred. Day Porter General function: Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning, etc. Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors. Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil, such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti, etc. Required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which includes gloves, goggles, a safety vest, and any other safety equipment that the task requires. Requirements The Ideal Day Porter: Detail-oriented. Day porter/janitor/custodian experience preferred.
