Century Medical and Dental Center , a busy multi-specialty clinic with 7 locations across Brooklyn , Manhattan , and the Bronx , is currently seeking a Pain Management Provider ( MD , DO , or NP ) to join our growing team. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients with acute or chronic pain conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing interventional procedures, medication management, and non-pharmacologic therapies. Perform in-office pain management procedures as appropriate. Coordinate care with other specialists, primary care providers, physical therapists, and mental health professionals as needed. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in our EHR system. Educate patients on pain management options, treatment plans, and self-care strategies. Participate in collaborative case discussions with the multi-specialty team. Ensure compliance with federal and state pain management regulations and best practices. Provide follow-up care and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes.
