I wanted to reach out to share an ENT Physician opportunity in Coastal South Carolina that offers a strong balance of outpatient clinic, surgical cases, and limited inpatient responsibilities. This is a well-established ENT practice with full clinical support, onsite audiology, access to advanced surgical technology (including robotic surgery), and a manageable call schedule with no weekends. The role includes a mix of clinic and OR time, competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, and excellent work-life balance.
Position Overview
Primarily outpatient clinical role with OR support and limited inpatient responsibilities
Schedule:
Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
~36 patient contact hours / 4 administrative hours
~ Approximately 2 days in the OR, 2.5 days in clinic, and 0.5 day admin
~ No weekend call
~ Call rotation: currently 1:3, moving to 1:4 with new hire
~ Occasional inpatient follow-up and ED call coverage during clinic hours
~ Cerner EMR

Practice & Team
You will join an established ENT team that includes:
Three ENT physicians
Advanced practice provider support
Onsite audiology with a dedicated audiologist
Dedicated RN and full clinical support staff
Scope of Practice
Bread-and-butter ENT practice with approximately 30% pediatric patients
Average clinic volume: + patients per day
Patient population spans newborns to geriatrics
Technology & Resources
Access to multiple operating rooms with low infection rates
Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System
Advanced diagnostic and imaging capabilities, including PET scans, CT, MRI, and more
Head and neck cancer specialists on-site
