Successful outcomes start and finish with eNGINE . eNGINE is hiring a Business Analyst to support our financial customer's growing portfolio of digital transformation and system modernization initiatives. This individual will join a collaborative, well-established team and play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technical requirements across multiple high-impact projects. This is a hybrid role, so applicants must be local and able to work in Pittsburgh. What You’ll Do: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure business needs are clearly defined, understood, and executed. Gather, document, publish, and validate business & functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and use cases. Facilitate working sessions, interviews, and workshops with SMEs and business units. Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project scope. Support change management activities and ensure alignment to IT strategy. Provide clear communication updates across teams and project stakeholders. Assist in testing, implementation readiness, and post‐go‐live validation. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (required). 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst. Experience documenting and managing requirements for enterprise applications or complex business workflows. Financial industry experience is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills—someone who asks thoughtful questions and is comfortable navigating ambiguity. Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. Previous exposure to software application development environments preferred (you don’t need to code, but understanding the process matters).
