**
* Lead and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities on diesel engines.
* Perform complex diagnostics using schematics, automotive diagnostics tools, and electrical testing equipment to identify issues accurately.
* Oversee the repair and replacement of transmissions, brakes, shocks & struts, suspensions, hydraulics, HVAC systems, and air brake components.
* Conduct fabrication tasks such as welding, soldering, and assembly to customize or repair equipment as needed.
* Utilize power tools and hand tools for repairs, maintenance tasks, and equipment assembly with precision.
* Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications by reading schematics and technical manuals thoroughly.
* Mentor junior technicians by providing technical guidance on diesel engine repairs, vehicle maintenance, tire service, and more.
* Maintain detailed service records for all repairs performed; ensure documentation is accurate for compliance and future reference.
* Support customer service efforts by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs or maintenance needs.

* Proven experience or extensive background in diesel engine repair is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated expertise in fabricating using welding, soldering, and assembly techniques.
* Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for complex systems such as transmissions, suspension components, HVAC units, and electrical systems.
* Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and electrical troubleshooting methods.
* Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance including brake repair, shocks & struts replacement, tire service, and general automotive repair.
* Ability to operate equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols; experience with heavy lifting is essential.
* Skilled in using power tools and hand tools for various repair tasks; capable of welding or soldering when necessary.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide a team of technicians effectively while maintaining high standards of quality work.
* Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills to explain technical issues to clients or team members.
* Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy parts or equipment regularly throughout shifts.
