This is a full-time, on-site role located in Edinburg, TX, for a Certified Surgical Technologist. The responsibilities include preparing operating rooms, ensuring sterile environments, assisting surgeons during procedures, maintaining surgical instruments, and supporting pre-operative and post-operative care. The role requires a detail-oriented professional committed to patient safety and effective collaboration within a dynamic healthcare team.
Expertise in Surgical Technology and mastery of sterile techniques to ensure safe and efficient procedures
Experience in Operating Room settings, including room preparation and equipment setup
Proficiency in Surgical Assisting, including anticipating surgeon's needs and handling instruments during procedures
Familiarity with medical procedures and surgical processes related to Medicine and Surgery
Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary surgical teams
Certification as a Surgical Technologist and compliance with state licensing requirements
Previous experience in plastic or aesthetic surgery is a plus
