Essential Job Functions Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity Tracking customer interactions, feedback, and concerns, and documenting them accurately Coordinating with team members and partners to keep shipments on track Following established procedures and company guidelines to maintain quality and compliance Supporting issue resolution and updating customers along the way Meeting key performance goals (KPIs) set by the team Qualifications 1+ years relevant work experience; warehouse environment a plus Ability to stay organized and focused, even while juggling multiple tasks Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel and other basic computer systems Effective communicator with a positive, solution-focused attitude Willingness to learn and contribute both independently and as part of a team Patient, adaptable, and able to stay calm in fast-paced situations Additional Requirements An offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a post-offer background check. In addition, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), as required by the role. Compensation We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing organization. Base Pay Range: $22.00 -$26.00 per hour. We consider a variety of factors in determining base salary, including but not limited to, a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity and geography. Physical Requirements The position is in an indoor, office environment, requires the ability to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors verbally and in writing, sit for periods of time, operate typical office equipment which requires seeing and the use of a keyboard.
