Paralegal for Litigation Document Review

A growing and stable Legal team is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our dynamic Employment Law team in Sacramento. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a firm that values collaboration, innovation, and advocacy. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting attorneys and managing the complex process of filing legal documents in both state and federal courts.

Prepare and file legal documents (complaints, motions, briefs) in federal and state courts.
Ensure strict compliance with court rules and filing procedures.
Conduct legal research and assist in drafting pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
Coordinate with attorneys and legal teams to gather necessary case information.
Support attorneys in developing legal strategies and arguments.
Provide general administrative and litigation support as needed.
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (or currently in progress).
Paralegal certificate preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience , ideally in Civil Litigation.
CM/ECF).
Strong understanding of federal laws, rules, and regulations.
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
