*AlderLaw is seeking an accomplished *Senior Trial Attorney* to join our elite personal injury trial team. This role is designed for a seasoned litigator with extensive courtroom experience who can independently manage high-stakes cases, lead trial strategy, and serve as a senior contributor within the firm.

The ideal candidate has *7+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury trial experience*, a strong trial record, and the confidence to take cases from intake through verdict. This position offers meaningful autonomy, leadership opportunity, and the support of a deeply experienced litigation team.

*Draft, argue, and oversee dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, and pre-trial filings

  • Serve as lead or first-chair trial attorney, including jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross-examination, and closing arguments
  • Collaborate with junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff to drive cases forward efficiently
  • Maintain strong, professional client relationships and provide clear guidance throughout the litigation process
  • Represent AlderLaw with professionalism in court, mediations, and the legal community

  • *7+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience*, including multiple jury trials
