Reporting to the Associate Heads of School, the Dean oversees academic operations, course scheduling, student placement, and program coherence across departments. Key Responsibilities Lead academic vision, curriculum alignment, and professional development Use data to drive instructional improvement Oversee student placement, transcripts, exams, and graduation requirements Manage dual-credit partnerships and the Senior Capstone Program Coordinate enrichment opportunities (CTY/CTD/GOA)
