Escrow Assistant Location Fort Worth, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $55,000–$60,000 annual salary • Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM • W2, Full-time Direct Hire ROLE IMPACT As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a key support role in ensuring smooth and timely real estate closings. By managing escrow documentation, maintaining compliance, and providing outstanding customer service, you’ll contribute directly to the client experience and operational success of a well-established title company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support escrow officers throughout the full lifecycle of the closing process • Maintain and organize escrow files with strict accuracy and confidentiality • Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and third parties • Assist with document notarization and general administrative duties • Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across transactions MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ year of experience as an Escrow Assistant • Proficient in title software and escrow processing tools • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Title production software (e.g., SoftPro, ResWare, or equivalent)• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Document management systems • Escrow accounting platforms • Secure email and communication tools PREFERRED SKILLS • Notary Public certification • Experience in a high-volume title office • Familiarity with Texas-specific escrow regulations By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
