Our client is looking for a skilled Project Foreman to oversee the safe and productive placement of assigned job items on active construction sites. This position ensures crew members are informed about safety hazards, quality expectations, specifications, and production goals. The foreman is expected to lead crews for excavating, roadside work and utilities. The role requires daily collaboration with team members and other stakeholders to complete high-quality work efficiently and safely.
Communicate with and assist other workers on site to maintain safety and productivity
Accurately document production quantities, employee hours, installation locations, and quality data
Install aggregates, pipe, fabric, erosion control measures, and other assigned materials
Ensure workers inspect equipment and verify it is in proper working condition
Implement environmental protection measures as required
Follow direction from the project superintendent and carry out assigned work duties
communicate OSHA requirements clearly to the crew
Assign tasks to crew members; ensure adherence to company policies
Execute work based on project plans and schedules to meet production goals
Inspect ongoing work to ensure specifications are met and installation is accurate
Perform timekeeping, collect production and quality data, and provide feedback on performance

Ability to read and understand training materials, signage, warnings, and directions
Familiarity with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards
Willingness to coach new crew members and take on new challenges
Must perform tasks safely with attention to production and quality
Must be flexible and willing to switch tasks based on project needs
Travel may be required depending on job site location and schedule
