Senior Billing Clerk Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid | $29/hr) Location: Phoenix, AZ Hours: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Hybrid: MonThurs onsite | Fri remote Pay: $28-29/hr Start Date: ASAP Were hiring Senior Billing Clerks to support a high-volume Ticket Resolution Team focused on ensuring accurate and timely billing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data-driven work, solving discrepancies, and being the accuracy checkpoint in an operational environment. About the Role: In this position, youll work heavily in Excel to review, validate, and reconcile large datasets. Youll investigate billing discrepanciessuch as missing data, mismatched quantities, customer disputes, or service-level issuesand determine whether to resolve them directly or escalate with clear documentation. Youll collaborate with operations, dispatch, customer service, and finance to gather missing information and support clean, accurate billing. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
