Sr Director, Financial Product and Pricing *The role can also be based in Irvine, CA or Teaneck, NJ* Qcells is currently seeking an experienced executive to lead the TPO and loan products business lines at EnFin. The Sr Director, Financial Products & Strategy will be responsible for the growth & profitability of these financial products the Qcells dealer network. This is a role with massive strategic scope. You will be accountable for the profitability and unit economics of EnFin. Youll also lead our entry into the new homes space and the development of our prepaid products including a prepaid/loan combination. All new financial products and new markets will flow through your leadership. Key to success in this position is an equal passion for delivering new products and innovations as well as implementing processes at the highest level of quality, ensuring that our customers have a worldclass experience and that trust is built with capital partners. The ideal candidate will be an independent and curious thinker who can make convincing, informationbased arguments and will never stop learning about their customers subject matter and areas of complexity. This role will be extremely crossfunctional. The TPO team will work closely with EnFin on the POS financing platform, capital raising, and servicing, and will work equally with Axia on sales, portfolio management, and quality assurance for installed, leased systems. Responsibilities Lead our lease pricing group Act as the liaison between capital markets and the business Create new financial products that allow us to compete on factors beyond price Develop and launch our prepaid offer and prepaid + loan combination products Create new financing concepts and enter new sectors Develop new market entry strategies, including new sector entry such as channels and new homes Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years in corporate strategy, operations, or corporate development role Previous experience with lease pricing and tax equity structures Strong analytical and financial modeling skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly Experience and proficiency in creating highquality presentations Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Ability to collaborate and work across multidepartments and business entities Able to structure and present complex business matters effectively Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player Strong, selfmotivated team player Strong Microsoft Office skills Willingness to travel, up to 20% of the time Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 10 years in residential solar financing Seniority Level Director Employment Type Fulltime Job Function Finance and Strategy/Planning Industry Services for Renewable Energy Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
