Base Pay Range $172,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr In todays fast-paced environment, accounting organizations are expected to deliver more with fewer resourcesand to do it faster. Riveron supports public and private companies in enhancing the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of their accounting operations. We assess current processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement tools and automation to streamline routine tasksenabling accounting teams to focus on more strategic, high-value contributions to the business. Our Accounting Operations & Transformation services include close acceleration, accounting shared services design and implementation, data cleanup, accounting remediation, interim or outsourced services, and rapid diagnostics to assess risks and opportunities for scale. Who You Are Bachelor's or Masters in Accounting or related field of study CPA a plus Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory role likely including a mix of audit and accounting advisor/improvement roles Experience with process improvement efforts including close acceleration, broader recordtoreport processes, and potentially procuretopay, fixed assets, and ordertocash Experience with accounting automation technologies including Blackline, FloQast, Alteryx, Workiva, or ERP functionality to unlock efficiencies. You have a passion for developing and maintaining client relationships You get the job done and have fun doing it You communicate skillfully with a variety of audiences and can create compelling stories from data You thrive in an everchanging, dynamic work environment You readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutions You enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm events You have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client location What Youll Do Use general business and financial acumen to advise clients and develop solutions to a variety of problems related to people, process, and technology optimization. Projects may include business process design and implementation, technology automation and enablement, finance transformation, accounting policies & procedures, and more. Partner directly with clients to support their needs and deliver on multiple concurrent highquality projects (average project duration: 26 months) Partner with Managing Directors on pursuits including proposal development and statement of work creation Identify opportunities for revenue growth and service expansion with existing clients Lead research and analysis on a variety of financial, operations, and accounting issues related to business process optimization Oversee the development of reports, presentations, and other clientfacing deliverables Own planning of and successful delivery against project budget and workstreams Participate actively in the development of junior team members both in client and internal settings by providing coaching and performance feedback, and fostering a teambased working culture About Riveron At Riveron, we partner with clientsfrom global multinationals to highgrowth private entitiesto solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
