Onsite role in Columbus, OH Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to support the development of accounting systems and processes. This role requires a strong background in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: Prepare and review complex journal entries and account reconciliations. Generate internal and external financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). Prepare monthly GAAP-compliant financial statements and reconciliations. Collaborate with property managers, auditors, and lenders to ensure accurate reporting. Support the Assistant Controller on various accounting functions and special projects. Manage accounting deadlines, audit preparation, and risk management analyses. Oversee financial operations reporting for designated business lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial processes and reporting. Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related 5+ years of accounting experience Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills. xrczosw Real estate industry experience is a plus. #LI-LC1#LI-Onsite
