If your goals and values align with Honda’s, we want you to join our team to Bring the Future Job Purpose Experienced Steering Design Engineer is responsible for designing steering parts and systems that meet targeted schedules and deliver outstanding performance, quality, reliability, value, and enjoyment to Honda’s customers. Key Accountabilities Achieve Performance, Quality, Cost and Delivery Targets by: Confirm supplier part/assembly designs and/or model parts and systems on own in 3D and release 2D drawings and specifications using CATIA & MS office. Thinking critically & applying fundamental engineering principles to complex targets. Plan & coordinate activities with other design, test, factory, purchasing and suppliers. Create own schedules with milestones and trigger points, and share with related groups Review costs to ensure it meets the design intentions and provide solutions if it does not.
