About the Role As an Events Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the planning and delivery of community events. You’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life by coordinating event logistics, managing outreach, and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also interact directly with the public, representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, outgoing, and eager to learn the ins and outs of events, sales, and face-to-face marketing strategies.  Key Responsibilities Assist in organizing and executing local events that raise awareness for nonprofit causes. Engage with attendees to share information, answer questions, and encourage participation. Work collaboratively with teams on face-to-face marketing events to meet campaign goals. Contribute creative ideas to improve event flow and engagement. Track participation and provide feedback to help strengthen future events. You’ll Succeed If You Have Strong communication and teamwork skills. A friendly, approachable personality and professional demeanor. Reliability and attention to detail. A desire to grow your experience in sales, face-to-face marketing, and mentorship  A positive attitude and willingness to learn through hands-on work.
