We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, product development, CAD, maintenance, HVAC, and FEA. This is a permanent position with the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across the industry. The candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field and a proven track record of success in mechanical engineering roles.
Design and develop mechanical systems for construction projects, ensuring all designs meet project requirements and industry standards.
Use CAD software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings of systems and components.
Lead product development initiatives, from conceptualization and design to testing and implementation.
Conduct FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to predict how products react to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow, and other physical effects.
Manage and perform regular maintenance on all mechanical systems, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Design and oversee installation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and construction professionals on project planning and execution.
Continually research and implement new design and production methods to improve efficiency and product quality.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and their design and installation.
Experience conducting FEA and interpreting the results to improve product design and performance.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred.
